My entire VOD account was deleted and over $5,000 was taken from me on Oct 30th. I did not break any guildelines. I have been using vimeo since 2013 and VOD since 2015. All in one day all of my work was unpublished and my account was erased. Some staffer named Marty seems to be at fault.

On October 30th (Tokyo time) all of my VOD videos were unpublished at 3:15 and my account was deactivated.

I wasn’t paid for September or 30 days of October. My family, my children depend on that revenue. Thousands of fans are also upset and confused.

The accusation against me is breaking a guideline about inciting violence harassment or defamation. Now I didnt break this guideline. I have NEVER advocated violence. I asked for examples and none could be given. Probably 90% of my videos are of the antiwar theme. I have also not defamed anyone or targeted any group for harassment. What I have done is been critical politically of the US, Israel, and Saudi Arabia primarily over the political policies of those states.

Marty found some video from 2013 “inflammatory” as well as a VOD video about history. I can tell he reacted to the title and didn’t watch them. Because they are anti violence and anti racism.

People use satire and other forms of criticism in politics. It’s alway inflammatory to somebody, that’s how politics is. It’s not against the guidelines to criticize public figures and states. And states cannot be conflated as people. North Korea is not “the Asians” Israel is not “the Jews” Saudi Arabia is not “the Arabs or the Muslims”.

I’ve never promoted antisemitism or islamaphobia or antieuropean. I have criticized ISIS and Zionist, Nazis, Boko Haram, Al Qaeda, and other political movements involved in actual violence, defamation and harassment.

I believe I have been targeted after the synagogue shootings because someone cannot split the difference between criticizing policies of Israel such as snipers shooting unarmed children, and Jewish victims of a gunman in the United States. I condemned both actions in the last video I posted on VOD. The same video is on YouTube without issue.

I woke up in the morning to discover all of my years of work were removed and my earnings taken away. September was the biggest month for my film The Empire Unmasked. And again like every single other video I made, that movie does not defame people or promote violence.

I would much appreciate some other resolution than simply erasing everything over night and withholding funds. I did not break a guideline. I would like a review by someone other than Marty.

I’ve been selling the same videos on Vimeo Pro, VOD for years. The most popular one since 2015. I cannot understand at all why everything was suddenly deleted.

I could not even have the opportunity to download my own work. I would like to know what possible options there are.
