Great letter to vimeo

Hello,

First of all, thank you Vimeo for  refunding my purchase of “The Empire Unmasked”. However, I am still  unhappy because I did not want a refund, I wanted to watch the video  that I purchased. I am extremely upset at Vimeo for stealing my property  and, more importantly, deleting all of Ryan Dawson’s content without a  valid reason. Vimeo caused unnecessary financial harm to Mr. Dawson and  caused many customers to lose their property. I will not be using Vimeo  anymore and I will not recommend Vimeo to anyone. I think Vimeo should  compensate Ryan and apologize for deleting his content without  sufficient reason and without sufficient explanation.

This person got their money back which is great. I think al of you should keep complaining. They first told him no and he kept at it until they returned his money.
