Politico shilling for Israel with anti-Hezbollah and anti-Iran Rhetoric

Politico, you know the same outfit giving Hilary Clinton an above 90% chance of winning the election, and said she had it locked up has written a booga-booga piece about Iran and Hezbollah with a black background and a shadowy figure who looks something like a Marvel Comics villain.  The title is The secret backstory of how Obama let Hezbollah off the hook

And the opening line is

Part I

“A global threat emerges”

How Hezbollah turned to trafficking cocaine and laundering money through used cars to finance its expansion.

It doesn’t provide any evidence for any of the claims that it makes rather it is built on speculation by a whopping two sources.

FDD testified 17 times before Congress against Iran deal. it is funding by billionaire Paul Singer a glorified debt collector infamous for making his wealth through exploiting powerhouse economies like the Congo, Argentina, and Peru. Singer sites on the Board of director for Republican Jewish Coalition as well as the Jewish Institute for National Security of America (JINSA) both of which are Zionist outfits with the word Jew in their titles that in reality do nothing but serve Israel’s political interest including apartheid, land annexation, blockades and home demolitions so the self proclaimed chosen race of god and expand its racially-exclusive territory. The Vice President for FDD until 2004 (when he returned to Israel) was Nir Boms who is a research fellow at the Moshe Dayan Center at Tel Aviv University, in Israel’s capital, Tel Aviv. He worked at the Israeli embassy in Washington (starting tho see a theme here? )He is a member of the board of the Israeli Council of Foreign Relations. He also is a BOD member for the Institute for Monitoring Peace and Cultural Tolerance in Schools and Education (IMPACT-SE) which is a fluffy title for what this institute actually does which is monitor and remove criticism of Israel form textboks. They also remove references to Palestine form history book and other text. Itamar Marcus the director from 1998-2000 who is an Israeli settler, worked for David Bar Illan, Bibi Netanyahu‘s PR chief. Marcus was exposed by Ha’aretz for routinely feeding news outlets with outrageous claims that Palestinian text books call for Israel’s annihilation.  Toby Dershowitz, AIPAC‘s long time communications director, served FDD and handled their communications as well. She also serves on the Board of Advisors of FDD’s Center on Sanctions and Illicit Finance. Her projects at FDD include the Syria Working Group and anti-Asad pro-moderate terrorists group that aimed at overthrowing the Syrian government during the Syrian war. The Iran Human Rights Project  which is a dead link on FDD but focused exclusively on finding or inventing human rights abuses in Iran.

The FDD and David Asher simply recycled an earlier hit piece by Susan Crabtree from the Washington Fee Becon which Paul Singer also funds.

2 Katherine Baeur (from WINEP (Washington Institute for Near East Policy)) a cancerous outgrowth of AIPAC the premiere Israeli lobby. WINEP  has a whose who list of Neocon Zionists:

Barbi Weinberg is the founding and current president and she was also a former member of AIPAC, “The Prince of darkness” and Iraq War architect Richard Perle who lied about everything and even set up a secret office with his Cohort Doug Feith which met with Israel generals with the sole purpose of creating casus belli for the Iraq invasion, sits on the Board of Advisors along with Henry Kissinger, Robert McFarlane who should be in jail for his role in Iran Contra, James G. Roche former Sec of Navy cited for ethics violations for the sales of Tankers which Richard Perle wrote an op-ed supporting, James Woolsey who was the source for the Weekly Standard and PNAC’s lie about Anthrax passing from  senior Iraqi officials to a 911 hijacker in Prague (none of which actually happened but it did erroneously attached Iraq to Al Qaeda and September 11th), Eliot Cohen one of the first neoconservatives to publicly advocate war against Iran and Iraq. In a November 2001 op-ed for The Wall Street Journal, Cohen identified what he called World War IV and advocated the overthrow of Iran’s government as a possible next step. To top it off WINEP’s director of Research is Patrick Clawson who in September 2012, suggested that the United States consider the use of “crisis initiation” as a way to provoke Iran into war. So they are not the most reliable bunch. All these people ever do is lie and get everything wrong because truth to them is whatever ever lies they can get away with to further Israeli interests.

Oh but you see, David Asher and FDD or Katherine Weinberg of WINEP! would not have a pro-Israel anti-Iran bias right? Quoting WINEP, especially, is like asking AIPAC itself.  Of course they bash Hezbollah and Iran, they are a Zionist mouth pieces. For Politico to use such a source without revealing its connections to Zionist think tanks with a history of deception is worse than yellow-journalism.

They dont offer any evidence anyway but it takes 28 paragraphs to reach the point where they show that what had just been said was based on hypothetical speculation. And this is followed by a “What if” statement.

Lets call a spade and spade here. As bad as the Politico piece is, it is just a symptom of a sustained effort by Israel and Netanyahu in particular to target Iran and of course to destroy the Iran Deal. The IAEA, who had it right about Iraq’s lack of WMD, has given the Trump Admin 9 different reports showing that Iran is complying with its side of the deal. But the Kushner in the ear Trump administration simply ignores this and moves the goal post. They accuse Iran of sponsoring terrorism (something Israel is not only guilty of but conducts itself) and of building Ballistic missiles. Basically Israel is guilty of everything they accuse Iran of doing including the making and denial of a nuclear arsenal.
