The Israeli military has launched an airstrike on Gaza killing 5, and accused Palestinians of carrying out a string of fatal attacks. There have been three separate shootouts in the south of the country along the Israeli-Egyptian border on Thursday. RT's Paula Slier reports.

Who has taken credit for the attack? My understanding from a CNN teevee report I saw today is that no one has taken credit. And, Hamas denies having anything to do with it. Additionally, how do we know that any so called "gunmen" were killed? Where are the bodies and have they been identified? This whole thing stinks to high heaven.

Now they are claiming that "Hamas" has called off the cease-fire based on an unsourced radio broadcast . . . without ever saying which "Hamas Official" made the declaration . . .

It's not like Israel has never been caught making fake radio broadcasts before . . .

The worst part of this to me is that just like all the predictable unsourced news reports that showed up this morning in the Zionist controlled American Main Stream Media . . .

Hostilities snowball as Hamas calls off truce with Israel

Hamas has called off its truce with Tel-Aviv as Israel and Palestine continue hostilities into a third day. The Gaza Strip has been targeted by the Israeli air force in overnight raids.

Aircraft targeted two terror tunnels and a weapons storage facility in the southern Gaza Strip, as well as a terror activity site in the northern Gaza Strip,” the Israeli military said in a statement. The spokesman added that one tunnel was intended for the infiltration of terrorists into Israeli territory.

Declare the Palestinians did something in the first paragraph . .. then cut to the Israeli "explanation" in the second paragraph where they can define the Palestinians as the "terrorists". Top it all off with a nice staged stock photo of unknown "brown people" burning an Israeli flag . . .

First, I notice this article is not sourced. Who wrote it?

Second, I see the emotionally charged "Mean Ol' Palestinians burning Israeli Flag" image blaring across the headline . . . how old is that stock photo?

Third, I notice that you never quote any REAL Hamas official, but merely say "Hamas declares" .. . over an unsourced "radio broadcast." How many times have the Israelis been caught sending out false radio broadcasts???

It looks more like this is another staged Israeli MOSSAD/IDF operation for the benefit of those 81 treasonous American Members of Congress to not only justify more BILLIONS of dollars of our tax money for Israel . . .

. . . but to justify the launching of "Operation Cast Lead II" to finish the genocide of the Palestinians. After all, how can the UN and the World recognize Palestine . . . if there is not one left alive to recognize??

I guess the Israelis are getting desperate with their "Eretz Israel - A Clean Break" regional war plans . . .

They couldn't make the case for tricking the Americans into destroying Iran like they did with Afghanistan and Iraq.

The "back door" Nato war with Iran by way of Syria based on Syria's mutual defense pact with Iran seems to be fizzling out.

So, when all else fails . .. kick the dog . .. bomb the hell out of Gaza . . .

My "spidey sense" starting tingling a bit about Russia Today being compromised when I saw how heavy handed they handled the Thom Hartmann interview with Dr. David Duke back in July . . .

When I read this "Hamas Calls Off Cease-Fire" article on Russia Today this morning . . . my "spidey-sense" gave way to my "Bovine Excrement Meter" . . .
