who gained publicity in this kidnapping? It basically gave people another reason to demoize the Palestinian people..hey there all "terrorists".."fuck it, let em all die".

No-one is disputing that. But it makes no sense! Read my stuff above. There are too many questions. Muslims are capable of terrorism, but not as much as the terrorism of the US and/or Israel.
