19% of maine so far

for Ron Paul with 68% reporting in so far.

McCain has 21% according to the MSM so Paul could pass him when all the votes are in.

It will be very close. The most recent I've heard is Romney at 50%, Paul at 22 and McCain at 20. There are more caucuses today in the midcoast area of the state, so we'll see what happens!

oh so maine isn't over yet? I hope Paul can pass McCain or narrow the already small gap.

I go to sleep wake up and the results are the same, only 68% reporting and Paul is in third with 19% its only 100 votes away from second place. Why hasn't the MSM released the 100% results yet??

Today's caucuses just went underway at 5pm (2 hours ago). My caucus took 4 hours in a bigger city, so theirs will probably take somewhere between 2 and 3hrs as there is a lot of party business to handle before the straw poll takes place. There's also couple more votes tomorrow and 2 or 3 more in the 10th.

Maine GOP gives a large window in which they can be held. something like january 10th to march 30th. They urged for the majority of them to be held from the 1st to the 3rd for the sake of efficient results posting, but towns are allowed to choose any date they want within the range. Maine has pretty loose caucus rules which is a nice thing except for that it takes longer to report the results.

media is still only posting results from the 68% reports.

Could it be that Paul passed McCain later so they didn't want to report it?

OK a full day and night after the Maine vote the MSM is still only reporting the results form 68% and not from 100%.

I suspect that at 100% McCain was no longer in second so they simply didn't report it like they didn't report NV.

Delegates are unbound. So far we've garnered over 35 percent of delegates for Paul.

In other, more worser, Paul censorship:

The Tennesean ommitted Ron Paul from their special Sunday section "guide-to-the-candidates" yesterday. Considering tomorrow is Super Tuesday I think it's a 100% certified BITCH move on the part of the editor. Obviously, their office has been bombarded by outraged Paulinators like myself and we've only received an apology, no promises of printed apologies or anything else. The editor said they got that entire section from a wire service, and that's why they didn't include Paul. Well, I'm sorry but that's no excuse. Only TWO candidates have campaign offices in the state: Paul and Obama. I'm sorry that you wasted space everyday for 6 months on Thompson but that doesn't make it right. Pretty bad for metropolitan, state capitol newspaper, I say....

write letters to the editor. go put a sign at the greenwood mall that says Payton Manning supports Ron Paul. paul needs to get help from the democras now that obama and hilary are teaming up the dems should help paul to make sure the war ends and other topics can be addressed.
