make them talk about 911.
not to agree with it, to talk about it, to make their own investigation.
agreed
These people knew when they moved into the occupied territories what they were getting themselves into. They can cry and weep forever, I feel nothing for them. My cousin's son used to cry when I didn't let him hold and strangle (he tried this once) my aging arthritic cat. I felt nothing for him either.
exactly.

I don't know if I would agree with the right/left analysis.
Many liberals, even the Anti - Iraq War ones, gave Israel 100% carte blanche on their Lebanon aggression. It seems when Israel is involved they become ultra hawks.

There have been some on the right very critical of Osrael's aggression:
Pat Buchanan, Paul Craig Roberts, Ron Paul, John McLaughlin, Pete McClosky, Paul Lindley, and oh yeah - me.

Yes it is interesting how liberals just sort of clam up when the subject of Israel-Palestine comes up.

Just thought I would add to this after reading Pat's remarks

Again they are the products of lack of information.

There is no comparing the Israeli and Palestinian situation. The Israelis, who left the Gaza, were paid handsomely, up to a quarter of amillion each. Most were re-settled in the West Bank. The week of the "pullout",
Isral re-settled 8000 Israelis on the West Bank. In the last five years, the IDF has demolished no less than 4000 homes. The Palestinains have demolished none of the Israelis. The death toll in the Intifada is 6 Palestinians to 1 Israeli. The PA employess in the West Bank have not
been paid since February of this year. They have been subject to mass arrest. In the Gaza, Israeli policies are genocidal, including mass starvation at this point.

Amy Goodman is slick, but actually covers up most of the Israeli atrocities while pretending to cover the story evenhandedly.

Israeli crimes against the Palestinians are too numerous to itemize here but to get an introducion, read my books

I think Amy Goodman does the best she can. I'm sure that the MSM regards her as Pro - Palestinian and a self hating Jew (see how rarely she is on MSM) which means she's probably being honest.

Also, note that she has such critics of Israel as Robert Fisk and Noam Chomsky on quite frequently.
