Israelis on the rampage and the world is silent
They are not responding to home made rocket attacks. The rockets are respnding to an illegal and brutal military occupation. Also how is it respnding to a rocket attack what so ever to blow up a family on a beach with a gun ship and bomb bidges and factories? How again could rockets be fired at soldiers if the soldiers were not invading their country.
I guess the American Indains were terrorists to when they fought and defeated Custer and his army. Custer went and slaughtered women and children at wounded Knee which the American press had the audacity to name the "Battle" of Wounded Knee. In response Crazy Horse killed the American soldiers who did it. And in response to that the US shot the buffalo, starved the Indians and forced them into reservations (akaa refugee camps).
Let's imagine if a guy in Virginia went and killed a man in North Carolina say because the North Carolina guy bulldozed his house down for not being the right chosen race of god like he was self proclaimed to be. So after the North Carolina man is killed and his crimes un mentioned, The state of North Carolina (which is a carolinian state) responds to this guy in Virginia buy just bombing Richmond and killing families in Virginia beach with gun boats after all they are all non-carolinians, it doesn't matter if they didn:t do anything. That is how ridiculous Israel is.

When someone says how can you characterize Israel's actions as a rampage I have to wonder if they have any idea what is going on. If they use the American media as a news source it is not likely.
The Webster dictionary defines rampage as "an outbreak of violent, raging behavior ". Israel has characterized its military assault where in the last week alone they killed 40 Palestinians and wounded another 160; where they have destroyed millions of dollars of infrastructure; destroyed the power supply for much of the Gaza Strip; and are targeting civilians with tanks, helicopters, fighter jets and bulldozers as retaliatory violence to the "rocket attacks by Hamas and/or other militant groups.
Just how much damage did Israel sustain from the "rocket attacks" of Hamas? Virtually nothing. The homemade Qassam rockets reached the Israeli town of Sderot on the border of the Gaza Strip and damaged one building and wounded one man. However, this followed Israeli missile attacks in the thousands over the preceeding two months. At least 47 Palestinians were killed and 96 wounded in the month of June before the soldier was captured, the settler killed or the minimal damage at Sderot.
Meanwhile Israel holds nine thousand Palestinians prisoner, most of them in the military prison system which grants them no civil rights. I might also add that Israel regularly tortures prisoners, all of them men, women, and children. But they use the caapture of one soldier as an excue for a massive military assault.
Israel is a world class military power, ranked by themselves as the 3rd most sophisticated in the world. Hamas is armed with rifles, rocks, homemade rockets and rocks. Not exactly in the same class.
Whoever posted the cautionary remarks questions Al Jazeera as an objective source. How much more he would then question the American media as an objective source. Most of it is Jewish owned. If you feel that Al Jazeera, an Arab source, is not objective, the same logic would apply to Jewish sources.
