Look at the case of Arie Scher. He was the Israeli vice consul for Rio De Janero. In July of 2000 a sting operation the Brazilian police raided the home of George Steinberg a Hebrew language teacher and found 100s of photos of naked children and sex tapes between adolescents and Israeli tourists. In the background of the videos was the pool and deck of Arie Scher. The police noticed this and moved in to question him but he had already fled back to Israel. One of the underage girls seen on the tape said that Scher has had sex with her and used the children in sex parties at his home. This was reported by Reuters July 5 2000.

Reuters reported: “Police said a young girl testified she was filmed and photographed by the teacher, Georges Schteinberg, having sex with Israeli tourists. She also explained that Scher participated in some of the sessions . . . . ‘We confirmed that the pornographic pictures were taken next to the consul’s pool and on his deck,’ said Roberto Costa, a chief investigator for the civil police.”
