How can you claim there isn't evidence for something when you refuse to even look at the claims? The electorate will not have faith in elections. It is not like the evidence was provided and then debunked. It was dismissed without even them even looking at it. Much of this is because the the Qtard level of constant stupidity that tainted all the other claims. Mike Kelly's PA lawsuit was stupid. It was arguing against Act 77 which is what allows mail in ballots. The problem with mail in ballots isn't that they exist it's that they were counted at 3am in the dark by one political party. The Democrats wasted millions on false accusations about Russian collusion and Russian hacking and later accusations of Quid Pro Quo with Ukraine. Republicans have slow face chasing Q rumors. Lawyers are dumb on both sides. The professional class must have gotten their by nepotism because these people are not smart. Sad to say but the Texas suit also looks to be wrong. Because, in PA at least, mail-in ballots WERE passed by the state legislator and in 2019. This was the plan covid19 or not.

I fear if SCOTUS fails the Texas lawsuit that with nothing left, and voting pointless, that these corrupt swing state cities will just be put the the torch. We are facing Lincoln levels of corruption with no political process to resolve it. If they steal this election which is obvious that they cheated I believe states should consider secession. Lockdowns, wars, corporatism, Cronyism, gun grabs, green new deal, real insanity plus communist china comprises the Biden admin. Return the CSA. We have no media, no Ability to vote, insane policies that everyone disagrees with. This is Lincoln all over again. Dems wanna add DC and Puerto Rico to create 4 more blue senators and plan to stack the courts.

Texas does now have support from Alabama, Arkansas, Louisiana, Missouri, and Ohio. But if they are making an argument about the state constitution, then it needs to be correct. If they are going to argue make it that the constitution doe snot allow mail-in ballots and so a legislature cannot pass a allow allowing mail -in ballots without first doing a constitutional amendment. If they walk in with the wrong argument this is just going to get thrown out.
