does anyone remember bush declaring the state of emergency for louisian for katria and the map that showed which parishes he declared it for and if was everything but NOLA? someone even wrote a letter to the white house about it. i need to find that topic and that map...i think it was either here or in 9-11 Group on MySpace. help!
