Nazi's didn't invent genocide

When Hitler was born the Americans had already sent Geronimo and Niche into a camp after having rounded up other Apache including Geronimo’s family and used that as blackmail to force Geronimo to turn himself in. They shipped them by train to Florida to live in overcrowded camps where most of them starved. Hitler was less than a month away from being 20 years old when Geronimo died. WWII is not that far removed from end of America’s own Final Solution. Stalin would have been 8 when Geronimo was arrested and 33 when the Apache died. Thus he was more than aware of what happened. Mussolini was also older than Hitler, and Churchill was even older than Stalin.

These men grew up in the time when America was still colonizing by force and sending the natives that they had not killed to prisons and reservations. The British and French openly took territory by force and ruled by the gun from the Middle East to Africa to India to the Tasman sea. Much of Africa today still speaks European languages. Practically all of Australia and New Zealand are English speaking European descendants. This was not done peacefully. That should put things into perspective.

And unlike the stories of soap & lamp shades, or “death camps” with millions of survivors, the genocide in the Americas needs no exaggerations. Yet there is no memorial on American soil for the victims of their own genocide. However there are 57 holocaust memorials with more still being built just in the US alone. A tragedy done by a foreign nation in foreign lands can be acknowledged and remembered. But what was done on the US's own land by its own government, dare I say it, is denied, for as much as it is possible to do so.

Adding up the numbers the Nazis actually killed the fewest followed by the Communist and the Imperialist. However given the condemnation in present day the order is reversed as the Nazis being the most evil then the Communist and then the Imperialist. You see no system of government is immune from murdering millions of people. It is not the TYPE of government that is the problem. It is Government that is the problem.Authoritarianism is a global and historical the problem in all its manifestations.
