RESISTANCE ON A PERSONAL LEVEL

RESIST:

My suggestion is that we start using the government’s laws against them. We must stop helping them achieve their goals of domination. We must create a line of resistance, which will frustrate, stifle, restrain and clog the system of bureaucracy.

My first suggestion is by the book and it is this: Every "Citizen" should immediately terminate their W-4 Agreements with their employers, since it is an agreement between the employer and employee it can be legally terminated.

In the Code of Federal Regulations at Section 31.3402, which corresponds to 26 USC 3402(p), it states in pertinent parts:

26 CFR 31.3402 (p)-1 Voluntary withholding agreements.
a) In general. An employee and his employer may enter into an agreement under section 3402 (p) to provide for the withholding of income tax…

b) … an employee who desires to enter into an agreement under section 3402 (p) shall furnish his employer with Form W-4 (withholding exemption certificate) executed in accordance with the provisions of section 3402 (f) and the regulations there under. The furnishing of such Form W-4 shall constitute a request for withholding....

Furthermore, 26 CFR 31.3402 (p)-1(b)(2) states:

"An agreement under Section 3402(p) shall be effective for such period as the employer and the employee mutually agree upon. However, either the employer or the employee may terminate the agreement prior to the end of such period by furnishing a signed written notice to the other."

CFR 1441-5: Claiming to be a Person Not Subject to Withholding. In this Code section. You MAY CLAIM THAT YOU ARE NOT SUBJECT TO WITHHOLDING (of income tax) IF YOU GIVE YOUR EMPLOYER A STATEMENT OF CITIZENSHIP (in duplicate), INSTEAD OF PROVIDING A W-4 with a Social Security number on it.

(It is also very interesting to note that all Federal Obligations are to be considered TAX EXEMPT on the State level. I don’t know about you, but I am paid in Federal Obligations called Federal Reserve Notes. Those Notes, are, according to the Code: TAX EXEMPT in the States. Another tool to use when defy those who seek to subdue us.)

Now, this will eventually cause a major issue within the bureaucracy, one that will have an effect that could possibly be insurmountable within such inefficient machinery as government. Since the W-4 Agreement is totally voluntary and can be legally terminated, the bureaucracy will be forced to modify their program to adjust to the fact that they no long have a nation of serfs abiding by their false system.

It is time to put into place all the legal forms of resistance possible, use the law whenever possible to thwart, avert, muck-up, and disrupt the system. Each Patriot must take the authority of Citizenship to the level that it is effective against a government, which no longer follows the Law of The Land. We, The People can no longer depend on Congress or the Judicial, and we definitely cannot depend on the Executive to Defend the Constitution, so each Individual must rise to the Standard of Patriot in Defense of Our Republic and Our Constitution!

It is not a question of income tax; it is a question of mucking-up the system, causing a massive mound of bureaucratic paper work and reorganization within the system. The government almost completely depends upon employers to collect taxes, without that structure the government will have to adjust to a new reality.

One in which there is no reporting system available to the government from the employer. Since the employer no longer is legally allowed to use your SSN upon W-4 termination, that tacking method is eliminated from the system. Without the use of SSNs, the government will have to rely upon your voluntary compliance in order to report and collect the taxes directly from you.

The government totally relies upon you and I to voluntarily submit to their system in order for it to work, without that voluntary compliance, the system is clogged, slowed down, and if enough people terminated their W-4s, it would bring the hold system to a halt, not to mention the fact that it would be a huge message to the government.

This is not intended to be a Tax Protest, or even trying to avoid paying taxes, but using the system and the law to cause chaos within the system. We will continue to bow to their brand of coercive fear, as we have done for years, but the game has changed and we all know it has. We live in a very different time now than we did even 6 years ago, and if we remain complacent and compliant we will end up with a fascist regime where the ability to resist is much more difficult. We must start somewhere, if not then welcome to your Brave New World.

So, what shall we do? Shall we continue down the road we have and refrain from any resistance what so ever? Do you intend to take the Real ID when it is implemented and bow your head to the authoritarian rule of the state? Do you plan on continuing to live under an increasingly despotic government until you and your family has absolutely no control to direct your lives and future as you see fit? Do you intend to continue to set back as the government increasingly nullifies the Bill of Rights?

Will you take a stand against those who would deny you and your families the Rights your forefathers fought and gave their lives for, what will you do, anything?

So what if they did make it mandatory, what would they do if a million, 3, 6 or 10 million people terminated their W-4s, refused to pay the feudal peonage? Do you honestly believe that they would have the recourses or power to enforce a law that is being blatantly opposed by so many people? The problem is that people are not naturally inclined toward disobedience or revolution for that matter, resistance and revolution are usually thrust upon people.

It takes a great deal of applied misery to induce the people to take a stand, to stand for their Liberty. It is obvious that most of the people who choose to rant have little inclination to actually act. Therein is the weakness of the People revealed and that is why we have lost control over Our Nation and Our Government and we will continue to allow this rogue government to coerce, direct, dictate, and usurp until there will be few choices left to the people but to totally submit to the rule of government.

The government has one weapon in its arsenal that is most effective, and that is fear. The tool of fear has been so ingrained in the hearts of the people that few will ever raise their voice, much less their hand against the leviathan that will not have its hunger for power satisfied until we are consumed by its authority and control. It tyranny wins; it will do so because the Citizens of this Nation will continue to bury their fearful heads in the sand of indifference.

This Nation, this People have long sense lost the Virtues of Patriotism, and because of that a system of corruption has naturally taken its place. In allowing the People's fear of the government to replace the government's fear of the People, the Constitution is unhinged, and all the Liberty and Right of the People has become a mere mirage.

We like to call ourselves Free because it is easier to live with than the reality of our world. We will not eventually be left without an effect means of remedy or redress for any kind of injury or abuse by this government, nor will we have the power to procure justice against governmental oppression.

If we continue to idly set back, comfortable in our present position in life, ignoring or rejecting the virtue and call of Patriotism to the ideals upon which this Nation was founded upon, then all the Blessings of Liberty are in danger of being forever lost.

If we continue to ignore the barometer of the times, it may certainly be concluded, that we will continue down this road of corrupt servility only to find ourselves in a world where we are subject to suffer the greatest violence’s and oppressions at the hands of those who govern.

As we have seen over the past decades, if the People cannot bring Constitutional restraint upon their government, then they can expect little more than a ceaseless invasion of their Most Sacred Rights and Privileges by that government. If we continue to allow this government to maintain its current course of action, we will be deprived of the Liberty we say we hold so dear.

We will obviously continue down this road of complacency until we find ourselves deprived of every aspect of what once make this Nation Free. We have forgotten the Cost of Liberty, the Price of Freedom because we would prefer to consider our personal sacrifice too great to pay for those ideals which we espouse to be so important to us, yet the evidence is clear that we would choose the path of least resistance to that of the Defense of Liberty.

Or course, I do not advocate Revolution…I do advocate that we must start to resist the various actions of a rogue government otherwise; we will find ourselves in a time where the ability to resistance will not be open to the People. As stated, people are not naturally inclined toward revolution or disobedience; it is normally thrust upon them due to times of tyrannical distress and overt misery.

The point should be to divert the possibility that such a time will ever come to this Nation. It is becoming obvious that the ability of the People to redress their grievances has been, for all intents and purposes, almost nullified by the government. We must however, consider the State of this Union in which we now live if we are to distinguish between the proper execution of the powers that have been entrusted in those we have chosen to govern, and the improper execution of those powers.

We must be aware of the instruments of tyranny which this government is in the process of creating, and the implementation of those instruments are being processed despite the outrage of many who view such actions as a direct threat to Our Nation.

The view of the present state and condition of this government is abundantly sufficient to convince any person that we are no longer living under the Rule of Law as enumerated within Our Constitution. While Justice prevailed in this Nation, and those entrusted with the faithful discharge of their duties to uphold the Law of the Land and did execute their duties within the bounds of the Law, We, The People, were obligated to conscientiously obey.

However, the current state of slavish submission to a growing and openly blatant tyranny is proof that the question of blind obedience is no longer an option for the People of this Nation. We, The People, must no longer assist in our own ruin and the ruin of this Nation just to please and gratify the order that is now instituted over us, nor should we shirk the responsibility that resides within us as a People.

It is, without doubt, the purpose, and indeed the design of civil government to protect men in their Liberty and not to deprive that Liberty or take away their Freedom; in fact the primary purpose of Our Government was to protect men in the enjoyment of Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness.

It should then follow that tyranny and the power to usurp or arbitrarily abridge the Rights, Liberty and Freedom of man is inconsistent with and subversive to the very design of government. In view of that Purpose of Government, any contrived authority of a tyrant or tyrannical government is, therefore null and void.
