If you go out to the link from the http://www.WarByDeception.com" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; website:
"War By Deception - The Director's Cut"
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_d33-Lk5 ... r_embedded" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
. . . you now get that friendly message from the YouTube Team about someone complaining about "Copyright infringement".
Now, the question becomes, did Hearst Television, Inc and the BBC Motion Gallery (MVR) actually make a complaint . . ."This video contains content from Hearst Television Inc. and BBC Motion Gallery (MVR), one or more of whom have blocked it on copyright grounds.
Sorry about that."
. . . or was it just another one of Abe Foxman's ADL "Megaphonies" in a coffee shop somewhere taking care of business on the 10th Anniversary of 9-11? Perhaps it was getting just a little too popular for the ADL's taste???. . .

I still think Anthony Lawson makes the best case as to why Google's YouTube policy is so wrong in these two short videos:
(link to video - approx. 8 minutes)
"Copyright or Censorship?"

(link to video - approx. 8 minutes)
"Harassment by The YouTube Team — An open message to Sergey Brin"
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e4pSKVZe ... ure=relmfu" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
I will be interested in finding out exactly what these Hearst and BBC complaints were about and why it would not fall under "Fair Use" in the copyright law.
Of course, the timing makes this VERY suspicious giving that this WBD documentary has existed for quite some time. . .
Oh, well . . . any fighter pilot will tell you that the "flak" is always heaviest over the target. . . looks like Mr. Dawson's documentary was scoring a "bull's eye"!!! . . .

peace.
