Now, the question becomes, did Hearst Television, Inc and the BBC Motion Gallery (MVR) actually make a complaint . . .

. . . or was it just another one of Abe Foxman's ADL "Megaphonies" in a coffee shop somewhere taking care of business on the 10th Anniversary of 9-11? Perhaps it was getting just a little too popular for the ADL's taste???. . .

I will be interested in finding out exactly what these Hearst and BBC complaints were about and why it would not fall under "Fair Use" in the copyright law.

Of course, the timing makes this VERY suspicious giving that this WBD documentary has existed for quite some time. . .

looks like the ADL had it pulled in order to make it miss its 911 traffic. Only 2 thousand people saw it and it should have been way way more. And now its not even up at all.

THIS is why I need the cash to host this myself without tins of lag and or an ability to burn mass DVDs. I need people in the US to burn and mail them out for me, it would save about $9-$10 on the cost.

Tell me what you need done, I can get with that project. I can burn all day two at a time, my business will easily allow for this. It isn't a mass burner, but I can do quite a few each day. I can get a duplicator on amazon for about 400 bucks. I will do it if it will help.

I will let Mr. Dawson explain what he had to do to get them back up and working.

I can tell you this much, Mr. Dawson is QUITE irritated . . . and rightfully so.

Film was deleted on 911, and we all know it was for the political content it is the same film the ADL had a problem with just a week ago. The BBC copyright issue it claims is the infamous clip of WTC7 falling being reported falling when it was still there its in thousands of other videos.

I still maintain that this BBC copyright claim is bogus because WBD is protected by the "Fair Use" provisions of Copyright Law. This was no more than typical legal-sleeze for a political end, which I believe any real judge and jury would define as harassment.

I just call it more "Realpolitik 101" from our Zionist "special friends" . . .
