looking at that sig video of Bush and the shoes...
Why didn't the thrower take off both shoes first? He wastes valuable time after the 1st one is thrown.
Also, look at Bush. While I loath the monkey faced boy king, he looks quite cool there. He doesn't even flinch. If it had been someone like Tony Blair, expect to see him shield himself with a baby or something, like that wanker at the end of the Christopher Walken film where he can see into the future.

Probably he's just wondering why its taken so long for someone to do that.
