Good question. I think I would go about forcibly demolishing the federal government. As Commander-in-Chief, I would have the military escort all members of congress and federal employees out of Washington and back to their home states. Someone would refuse, I'm sure, and it would get bloody. There's simply too much power wrapped up in govt.
Realistically speaking, I would veto every single bill that came to my desk. I would instruct the Justice Department to make drugs enforcement the lowest priority. I would abolish several cabinet-level offices. All of them, except Attorney General Treasury and State... Maybe keep the Dept of Defense, but I change it back to War because that's what it is. And that's about it. Basically anything that I could absolve, I would.

Use the patriot act to immediately arrest feith, pearl, kisinger and the rest of PNAC and AIPAC and send them to gitmo to be tortured. If I were President, I'd make Friday part of the weekend, abolish some of the lame copyright laws, as well as make it as difficult as possible to have stupid lawsuits. I'd also get rid of a lot of taxes, and reduce the rest. I'd also get rid of interest charges entirely, and restore the gold standard (or at the very least, the idea behind it).
Then, I'd have the government and all its activities audited annually. I'd also get rid of the government organizations and laws that I find to be unnecessary and/or unconstitutional, and probably make new ones if necessary. With foreign policy, I'd first get rid of Israel, then I'd adopt a non-interventionist policy. I'd also free the prisoners being held unjustly by the US at home and abroad.
