prophecy nonsense.. need help with responses

What do you say to people that respond with like "it says this in the bible", "a one world governement is mentioned in the bible", "end of the world" type shit..
I never really say anything, cause I can't stand religion and I could derail the convo even more if I did, but jeez, I've got these types of responses alot lately which I wasn't expecting.
I just sit there in aww and change the topic real quick. What do you all usually say to prophecy type responses (mainly the bible thumpers)?

.. and it always comes up when I say ONE WORLD GOVERNMENT. They must be something I'm missing.

In the context of conversations I have, I always ask them if they blindly beleive what was written by men long ago, over what they know is right or wrong. Then I start pulling the Jesus (WWJD) card. They usually get mad or shut up. I have the bumper sticker on my truck, "Who would Jesus bomb?"

The bible didn't even know the new world existed and thought the world was flat and that the sun went around the earth. The bible is bullshit.

I tell people that it's part of the NWO plan.
That most religious people welcome the "end days" and are pefectly content waiting around for their Messiah.
All that needs to be done is create biblical prophecy and people will wait with antisipation and open pocketbooks.
...."it will get worse before it gets better."...kind of attitude
