All those defending Zimmerman are hypocrites because they know full well that if it were their kid who got shot dead, they would be singing a very different tune.

Ok, there are two sides to that coin. One could also imagine being the brother or father of George Zimmerman. How would you feel then, at all the people who want to kill him and/or lock him up for what you feel to be self-defense? Did you think of that scenario? So are you being a hypocrite for not supporting Zimmerman now?

The answer is that question is bunk. And that is why family members aren't fit to be a juror in a case like this if it goes to trial, because they are biased either way.

The reality is, we have no personal connection to either family, so we don't have to put ourselves in these hypothetical shoes.

It's youtube, the comments are borderline retarded on every video out there.

What about the SUV? Why did Zimmerman get out? Because he initially was chasing Martin, that's not in question. He says he lost him during the call. Then he appeared to walk back to his SUV and he later encountered Martin again, which says to me Martin wanted to come back and get a piece of Zimmerman. So in my mind, Zimmerman starts off the aggressor, but doesn't catch Martin. Martin comes back to confront Zimmerman and becomes the aggressor and starts the fight. And once the fight started, Martin got the upper hand by striking first with a punch, got on top of Martin, slammed his head against the ground (which I think the video proves he had that wound) and Zimmerman then alleges that Martin went for his gun, which caused him to use the weapon before it could be used on him. With the evidence we have, that's how I think it went down.

Now I'm not Nostradamus here, there's evidence we haven't seen. When the full amount of evidence comes out and if I'm wrong, I'll freely admit it.

See page 3 of the report. Officer Tim Smith says Zimmerman was bleeding from the nose and the back of the head, and that his back was wet and covered in grass. He also says Zimmerman was given first-aid at the scene. The only other piece of info is that Zimmerman told the officer that he was screaming for help.

Zimmerman is a Hispanic who, his family says, has been wrongly described as racist.

Almost every Hispanic I know which is a lot in Texas are racist towards blacks, so the argument that Zimmerman cant be a racist cause he is Hispanic is so stupid.

For all those defending Zimmerman, one thing I have not seen them address, is the fact that the lead investigator wanted Zimmerman arrested.

You do realize the police report states that Zimmerman was bleeding from his nose, the back of his head, and his back was wet and had grass stains? That is all consistent with what he said happened. He was also cleaned and given medical attention at the scene, before the video.

So essentially you have to call the police officers at the scene liars, and the witnesses who support Zimmerman's side accessories to murder.

And you can't arrest someone without 'probable cause' that they committed a crime. With the evidence obtained, the people who made the call decided that Zimmerman acted in self-defense and didn't committ murder or manslaughter.

And that's why I think people are making the police video out to be something more than it is. It wouldn't be admitted as evidence in a trial thats for sure. There were pictures taken of Zimmerman's injuries at the scene, the report states that he had injuries and he was cleaned up at the scene. I am led to believe he had the injuries that we've heard about.

And what injury would show that Martin went after Zimmerman's gun? That's when this truly became a life and death issue (per Zimmerman, of course).

he did not have a broken nose and again why did the witness see only one person on the ground? The person yelling help was doing it continuously until the last shot.
