You can see the gash on the back of his head at 1:07 and the officer is looking at the back of his head for a while at the 50 second mark or so.

I don't know how you can tell he does or doesn't have a broken nose from this video?

The media coverage of this is almost as bad as the lead up to the Iraq war...

The lead homicide investigator in the shooting of unarmed teenager Trayvon Martin recommended that neighborhood watch captain George Zimmerman be charged with manslaughter the night of the shooting, multiple sources told ABC News.

But Sanford, Fla., Investigator Chris Serino was instructed to not press charges against Zimmerman because the state attorney's office headed by Norman Wolfinger determined there wasn't enough evidence to lead to a conviction, the sources told ABC News.

As soon as the light shines on the back of his head as he turns I see what looks like a big gash. Now, was that a pre-existing scar or is that a fresh wound, I can't say for sure with that quality of video. But something ain't right back there.

Well, this video wasn't taken right after the fight. They attended to him medically at the scene, so I assume they cleaned up his head wound, but it's still visible to me. And the video doesn't really prove he didn't have a broken nose and fat lip (which were the other injuries that were reported). We simply can't tell with this quality of video.

When the media tries to say this proves he was unscathed, it reeks of yellow-journalism, because this video backs up at least one of Zimmerman's reported wounds.

And we still don't know if Martin went for Zimmerman's gun and if they struggled over it. How do we know there wasn't an accidental discharge during the struggle?

There are still so many unanswered questions and for any of us to pretend we know (for certain) or don't know what happened is pure folly.

I think there is evidence that Zimmerman killed Martin in Self-Defense, but I don't say that is for certain yet, because I haven't seen all the evidence yet.
