For me the disaster is man made because they wouldn't be without fuel if not for the blackade which means they wouldn't have to turn the power of to the sewage treatment plant. The Israelis would love to talk about only the bridge opening or not which is he said she said and ignore the blackade and the lack of fuel in Gaza something that did not happen over night and that has been complained about forever.
