And that thread where-in you were banned - seems those people contort logic to justify taxes that were never properly legislated into existence, basically saying doesn't matter, gov't needs taxes so you should pay ...

I read that thread, it had a lot of mistakes but talking to people like that wears me out they need a history lesson from ground one on. I was laughing and then thinking man I dont even know where to start there were so many strawmen.

Some poeple on that forum are good people, others are not.

If anyone around here is originally from Democratic Underground or Free Republic for instance, state so as I'm sure there's a few. The "Randi" person and his company has been all over those message boards too.



Funny how political free speech is no longer tolerated in an actual context. To have true free speech, you must go out of the realm of politics alltogether. Run your own blogs etc, go to boards like this one, speak your mind that way.

Randi best explained himself in his own remark,

"I am a charlatan, a liar, a thief and a fake altogether."

This is a guy who devoted his teenage years to the "art of deception", and founded the CSICOP, which has a reputation for suppressions, distortions and outright cover-ups.

James Randi is a professional (and successful) illusionist and con man. He's as credible as Fox News is.

My brother used to be a frequent poster at that site years ago. He, too, implied that someone should have killed themselves.

The admin at the time, Hal (an emo son of a bitch), called the police department of our town, who in turn called our school and then got my brother in trouble.

They're secular humanist leftists, and while they have a "higher than thou" mentality for being "rational free-thinking skeptics," they're the same purveyors of ad hominem attacks and groupthink of the people they claim to loathe.
