i just heard news the military judge declared mistrial, due to defendant not understanding the nature of the charges against him. Remains to be seen if he'll be re-tried.

A MISTRIAL IS DUE FOR HIS CASE ,SAME GOES FOR BUSH AND HIS CASE FOR IRAQ ,
