Maybe he was protesting the fur store, the price of gasoline and the need for adult flame retardant clothing. I could better understand it if there were several points he was trying to make. Then it would have really been worthwhile.

The accidental pepper spray mix-up just turned the incident into one of those "You know you're a loser when..." stories. For the cop and the burning guy. Hopefully at least the cop will one day be able to look back on it and have a good laugh.
