I defy anyone who tries to tell me that the Nordic model, especially Sweden, is the ideal society. Its benevolent totalitarianism. Roland Huntford explains this very clearly in his book The New Totalitarians. It may have been published in 1972, but its so relevant and makes so much sense today.
