That doesn't really answer my question and that sounds conspiratorial. To be clear, voting is over, and every vote count I see has Clinton ahead, so why is Ry saying Trump won the popular vote?

I saw Ry say that Trump won the popular vote even though every count I look at now has Hillary with 200k more votes. Is there something I am not taking in to account? This is being spread worldwide.
